General Refund Policy & Information

Dead of Winter Entertainment strives to be the best at everything we do. Our business has many aspects, and one of those aspects is involves selling things. In particular, we have event related items like tickets, vendor tables and sponsorships for our premiere event, The Dead of Winter Horror Festival. 

 

In general, we have a no refund policy. We build our event around pre-sale ticketing, and we do not upcharge for credit card fees. If we have to issue a refund, that means we have to eat whatever fees we covered.

 

That said, we care about our customers, and on a case by case basis, we will do our best to accommodate you in the case of sickness, personal issues, and other unforeseen events.
